How It Works
From your first message to your monthly rhythm, here's what working together looks like.
Inquiry & discovery meeting
You fill out the inquiry form, and I'll get back to you within 1 business day to set up a free 30-minute discovery meeting, where we talk about your business, your goals, and what you need help with.
Agree on the plan
I send a proposal with your goals, services, deliverables, and pricing. We adjust until it fits.
Agreement & first payment
You sign the agreement and pay the Workspace & Tools Setup fee and your first month upfront. Then we set a start date.
Onboarding
You share your brand assets, give me access to your social accounts, and invite me into your Canva, Notion, and Buffer accounts (you can create them if you don't have them yet). You'll fill out a short onboarding form, then we'll have a 60-minute kickoff call.
Workspace setup
Inside your own accounts, I set up your content calendar, branded design templates, and post scheduling so everything has a home. You own all of it.
Plan, create, review, schedule
I plan and create your content. You review it and approve it, or request changes, by the approval date in your calendar (3 business days after drafts are shared). Then I schedule it. If feedback arrives late, I'll send one reminder. Anything still not approved 2 business days later moves to the next open slot; missed slots aren't made up.
Ongoing meetings
We meet monthly, twice a month, or weekly for a short check-in, depending on your package, to talk about upcoming content, feedback, and priorities, and adjust the plan as your business changes.
What you can expect from me
- A clear plan and a content calendar you can view anytime
- Content made in your colors, fonts, and voice
- Drafts shared for review at least 7 days before they're scheduled (next month's drafts by the 20th)
- Revision rounds per monthly calendar, as listed in your package. A round means all your feedback sent together in one message. My own typos and errors are always fixed free. Extra rounds are available as an add-on.
- Regular meetings, monthly to weekly, depending on your package
- Quick questions in between by email
- When you message me, I'll get back to you within 1 business day
- A monthly recap or report, in every package
What I need from you
- Your brand assets: logos, colors, fonts, and any brand or voice guidelines
- Your own Canva, Notion, and Buffer accounts, with me invited in. You own them and pay for any plans directly
- Access to the social accounts we're managing, through each platform's team or partner access where available (please never send passwords by email or text)
- Photos and footage of your business, products, or team, where Reels and photo posts need them
- Feedback and approvals by the approval date in your calendar (3 business days after drafts are shared), so posts go out on time
- Upcoming launches, events, sales, or changes by the 10th of the month before
- Attendance at our planning meetings
Organized, so you don't have to be
I keep your content calendar, ideas, deadlines, and feedback in Notion, design your graphics and templates in Canva, and schedule approved posts with Buffer. All three live in your own accounts, so you'll have one place to see what's coming up and leave feedback, and everything stays with you. Your proposal lists the minimum plan of each tool you'll need. For example, Buffer's Team plan if I'm scheduling for you, since that's the plan that lets you invite me.
