What the inquiry form collects

When you fill out the inquiry form, I receive what you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• Your website and social links, if you add them
• The services you're interested in
• Your social media goals
• How you heard about Ashlyn Rae, if you tell me
• Your desired start date
• Your approximate monthly budget

Please don't include passwords or other sensitive information in the form.

Why I collect it

I use this information to reply to your inquiry and set up a discovery meeting. If we work together, I'll also use it to prepare your proposal and get your project started.

I don't sell your information

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Who may process it

The inquiry form is run by Formspree, a form service. When you send the form, Formspree receives your submission, stores it in my Formspree account, and emails it to me. It then also lives in my business email inbox. You can read how Formspree handles data in its privacy policy. The website host may also keep standard technical logs (like IP address and browser type) to keep the site running securely.

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry information for 12 months after your last message, then delete it, unless we start working together.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@ashlyn-rae.com. I'll get back to you within 1 business day.
